I’m looking for an experienced HR professional who can take full ownership of our upcoming round of mid-level hiring conducted entirely over video. Your main responsibilities will be to set up and coordinate each candidate’s time slot with our team and then lead the actual interview sessions, probing on both technical competence and culture fit. All interviews will be held on the platform we already use (Zoom), so familiarity with its scheduling and recording features will make the process smoother. After every session I’ll need a concise assessment that rates the candidate against the role’s key criteria and highlights any red flags or standout strengths. If you’ve previously run virtual interview cycles and can keep calendars, candidates, and feedback flowing without a hitch, I’d love to work together.
