We need someone who is a degree-qualified human resources professional, and who has experience in human resources, including recruitment and talent management. This job is suitable for someone working from home. Please note that this is a regular, part-time role.
This entails candidate selection, testing and interviewing. We will give you the specifications of the people we seek. There are a variety of roles in organisations in the finance and real estate industries. Examples of roles include data scientists, software developers, financial analysts, leasing operations associates, telemarketers, internet marketers, content writers and administrative assistants. Generally, the organisations tend to seek candidates willing to work on a long-term basis – this requirement should be stated in the ads.
You will post the job descriptions on online portals e.g. Freelancer.com. We will give you recruitment rights to the different company accounts on each website, where available. In addition, you will be required to:
· search candidate profiles
· invite suitable candidates to apply
· receive and check applications
· narrow down candidate lists for interviews
· conduct first round interviews
· administer tests (as appropriate to the job)
· assess test results
Your most important responsibility in recruitment is to assess the suitability of the candidate to the position; and the most crucial aspect of suitability is whether the candidate has long-term motivation and desire for the position.
Please note that you will need to have technical skills for this role. We have a cloud-based recruitment system. You will need to know how to set up email notifications from the various job portals and how to set up and apply mail filtering rules to utilise this system.
At our portfolio companies, there are a number of online freelancers for whom we would like you to conduct performance management and tabulate data analytics for managers to review. Generally, the freelancers have work diaries which need to be checked on a regular basis to ensure that no personal activity is being done during work hours, etc. We would like the performance to be summarised and reports to be provided to managers. There will also be a requirement to check work progress against goals. An example would to be to check if tasks have not been completed by deadlines and to remind employees of what needs to be done. Experience with project management principles and software is a bonus. Examples of software would be Trello, [login to view URL], Asana.
