Looking for a Freelancer with experience in Human Resource Administration. This is a four phase project which involves 1) defining roles and responsibilities for all key positions per the new organization structure [no more than 20], 2) Design robust and transparent HR processes and policies, 3) Define Performance Metrics as per assigned and expected role contributions and 4) Design and develop an architecture which facilitates measurement of performance and potential of employees. A preferred freelancer would have experience in HR with Financial Services firms, espcially those in Loan Portfolio Management or Servicing. The first phase of the project is quite time sensitive, while the others can be worked around. Project relevant questions would be answered prior to commencement of assignment.
