Wordpress Woocommerce Plugin for multi buy promotions -- 2

Hello, I am looking for someone who can make a plugin for Woocommerce for multi buy promotions i am building a online store we need to be able to import promotions from the Woocommerce API or and automatically from a csv within that could be pushed up to the server from a store. The Process flow. We are using wordpress multisite and woocommerce multistore we have a group of stores selling there products in different locations. Each store has POS software and a script that will run and export the CSV file and upload it to the store folder on the woocommerce server. Once the file has been uploaded this plugin needs to automatically import the csv and apply to sales promotions to the products. We will upload with a start and end promo date and we need to be able to upload csv file in advance and have them loaded ready to go when the date starts Where the Bundle ID is the same for Muti Buy promotions these products need to be group buy any SKU ( example: any Cruiser 4pk 2 for $22 ). It would need to show on the font end the sales price on the products for the for single and Muti buy prices The Requirement is that we can put items on sale with a start and end date of the sale and it has to support multi buy Example: between the dates of the catalog specials buy shed wines for $15 each buy any 2 of shed wines for $25 buy 4 any of these items for $75 I have attached an example csv file of the promo in our point of sale system 1. needs to be added with start and end date of the promotions 2. need to be able to load the next and future promotions 3. need to support single and multi buy examples 4. need to support the Rest API or automatic csv detection and import 5 need to either support multistore or be able to be installed onto other stores Thanks
