I’m launching a new elder-care service and I need a Squarespace site that makes scheduling effortless. The main purpose of the site is appointment booking, so the heart of the build will be a seamless workflow that lets families reserve • virtual consultations • home-visit care sessions • transportation bookings for medical or personal outings Each slot should be visible in real time, confirm automatically, and trigger email/SMS reminders. I also want integrated payment processing—preferably Stripe or Square—so clients can pay at the moment they book. On the back end, I’ll need two separate, password-protected portals: one where customers can review or reschedule their appointments and invoices, and another where my caregivers can log in to see upcoming visits, route details, and any special notes. Beyond the booking engine, the site only needs a clean home page, a concise “Services” section, and a contact form.
