Slack Replica Front-end

Job Description:
Seeking a designer/developer to create a web app frontend that (looks) is essentially a replica of the Slack user interface with a different color theme. However, selecting a 'channel' will display an embedded website (iframe) in the main body area - instead of chat.
3 Pages:
1. Signup Page with options for SSO (google, microsoft)
2. Login page with SSO options (just hardcode an email/pw combination to advance to dashboard)
3. Primary dashboard (the main interface - just like slack, except the main body is not for chat - it will be an iframe to )
Functionality on the Dashboard:
A. Modal to add a new channel (dropdown to select folder, channel name, URL)
B. Ability to add, edit, delete channels
C. Modal to add a new folder
D. Ability to add, edit, delete folders for channels
E. Ability to drag and drop channels into folders
F. Modal to search, add, remove users and groups of users.
The web app should be responsive and work on modern web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari) and respond well to different aspect ratios.
Again, this is front-end only... do not worry about the backend. However, the functions (add, edit a channel) should work for testing/demonstration purposes - they just don't save - they don't read/write to a database. If you want to be considered, be sure to indicate that you have read this description thoroughly when you send your bid... I'll be ignoring automatic posts from bots.
Payment will be split into two... first half once you have a responsive styled design template... second half once it's functional for demonstration purposes.
You'll be asked to sign an NDA and IP Assignment agreements.
Your solution should not require any server-side technologies... just html, css, javascript.
