Improve performance of existing Ruby on Rails web app

Hello, I need an experienced Ruby on Rails developer who can improve user experience on our existing site.

1. The site has the “N+1 query problem” ([login to view URL])

=> There are many places to fix this, but for now, we would like to focus on solving the user's home page, which is loading slow due to the queries for conversation lists.

2. The site has a pagination system but old style. We need to change to infinite scroll type.

3. The chat currently redirects the user when a user adds a message. We need the ajax or action cable solution to enable normal realtime chat experience.
