Web development: The system should be web-based (ASP.Net) with SQL database, allowing users to access and interact with it through a web browser with responsive design. The application should be working perfectly in mobiles (both small and big screens), tablets, all sizes laptops and TVs from 32 inch to 84 inch screens.
- Photo uploads: Users should be able to upload photos to the system, which will be displayed alongside their family information. Uploading is available for all but will not be effected until final approval
- Relationship mapping: The system should have the capability to map and display relationships between family members.
- Advance search options using all fields.
- Send messages / WhatsApp / emails worldwide to specific family member, a group of members by selecting or by searching result and all members options
- Adding, editing members through the tree itself
- Member details should be include basic information like
1. Name
2. Gender
3. Age
4. Specialty
5. Company
6. Current location
7. Any other needed fields
- Customize fields for each member if required (like Financial status, Physical disability, Blood type, Area…)
- Transaction screens :
1. Monthly Allowance screen to assign a monthly payment to be paid to the member for members in need with court president approval
2. Subscription payments
3. Meeting & gathering request and planning
4. Emergency announcement to be sent to all based on court location
5. Court booking screen for Weddings, Death, Elections or any other Social events – under approval
- Save search option on the tree itself
- Calendar with reminder option for all events
- Ads through the system
- The Tree should be linked to the transaction screens directly, for example add button to go to change details screen, assign monthly allowance screen
- Master screens, transaction screens
- Permissions to allow Add / Edit / Delete members. Amy addition should be under approval with supporting documents to be provided through document uploading option
