Extract CSS and enhance Javascript template

I want to enhance the project at [login to view URL] to include some of the elements and CSS-styling of [login to view URL]
I only know HTML so need your help with the CSS and Javascript. There are a variety of milestones to add the different things I need.
Please note: I don't want to use Semantic UI. It's too complicated for my purpose. I want to simply borrow some of the CSS\JS from its source and copy it into the Bootstrap-Form-Builder project. This means the Bootstrap-Form-Builder becomes modified beyond its original.
Milestone 1:-
Extract CSS from [login to view URL] and build a web form using the Bootstrap-Form-Builder. I want to see the color scheme (black background) and font from Semantic UI.
Milestone 2:-
Add a new element to Bootstrap Form builder to provide for a large text area where I can specify the size of it.
Milestone 3:-
Add a divider element into the Bootstrap Form builder (use the Divider styling from Semantic).
