Ebay like web app that allows for auctioning

I have a multi vendor marketplace website ([login to view URL]) on Wordpress. People can sell and buy and also auction on the site. Same concept like Ebay. I use the WCFM plugin for my marketplace and simple auction plugin .

I need someone to help me develop a hybrid native app (IOS and Android) which is intergrated with my website and automatically reflects any changes made to my website .

I don’t want webview app but a hybrid native app with its own UX/UI design (Similar to Ebay) and should also allow people to auction , just like my website.

My timeline is 2-4weeks and budget is £150-£200
