Developing simple html pages for biology smart devices app

I want to develop 6 simple template html pages for biology apps. The pages must be adaptable to work on iPhone/iPad and other devices screens. The pages are templates and will be filled with information dynamically on runtime by the app. The pages will be as follows:

Depending on the species kingdom (Plant or Animal), the details page will show different information. For plants the following information must be shown
