Correcting problems with highcharts

I am getting specific problem using highchart bar graph.
1. when the number of bars are reduced (e.g from 8 bars to 3 bars)..entire space is not filled up but empty space is shown where there were 5 bars earlier
2. The data of bar charts gets disturbed if old data is replaced by new data. e.g lets say a bar was showing value 10 for parameter a, change the parameter to b and it correctly shows 20, now change back the parameter to a and it shows 30, but it should show 10 for a only.
In short need someone who can work upon these specific problems of the highcarts. so should have experience with highcharts
