Build small site with Wijmo 3 - CSS and Angular JS

I am creating a website and need you to make the template.
I want to use the colour scheme from [login to view URL]
The Wijmo [login to view URL] has the template I want to use - Splitter, Super Panel, and Tabs.
You will need to know CSS and Javascript. There will be alot more features after the initial demo. Most important is that you are happy to put time into showing me how the code works so that I can add custom content into the template. We will probably need to use Angular JS.
To be award this project, do one tiny task. This will help me find the right freelancer because so many people apply. Please create one blank page with dummy text that uses the same CSS color scheme/font-styling from CmiVfx.
I have attached screenshots showing the respective part of the site that I'm referring to.
I will of course pay for your time in this small task too. This will give me confidence that you are the right person.
