Build a HTML Email Template (Themeforest)

Hi, My name is Lawrence. I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with a project(s), building a HTML email template. I'm a coder myself so will happily work together with the selected individual, I'm looking for a cost and timescale for the following:- Create a HTML email template that will be used for re-sale on 'market place' websites similar to [login to view URL] and others. Please read the full brief before submitting a quote. The template needs to be: 100% Responsive Layout Clean, Commented, Well-Organized HTML Code Supported by MailChimp and Campaign Monitor at least (their editors! Not just the HTML) Repeatable Modules (I can explain this if you like) Well-written Documentation <--- This is important! The template will be tested by me with Litmus to ensure it works cross platform, and I will be reviewing the code myself to ensure it is up to scratch. I have made multiple emails like this so know what it involves. If you are interested please do some research into what the template needs to include in order for it to be sell-able to the masses and quote exigo at the start of you brief so I know you have read my details in full. I can supply a design if you need one, but really it's a blank canvas that needs multiple options for the end user.
