I have setup Live Agent so that the button to initiate the pre-chat dialog, which is a visual force page, is in our Customer Portal. I need to retrieve the user’s first name, last name and email so that the agent can have this referenced in the Live Agent Console chat.
The live chat when requested by an authenticated logged in user, there shouldn't be a pre-chat form, the details must be pulled up from the external portal and fields in the chat console must be auto populated. The user details are stored in the portal external table.
Need to be done asap.
