Javscript, CSS/HTML troubleshooting

Job Description:

I have a C# code which is trying to output some Javascript, using HTML/CSS templates. The scripts are not working as required in Internet Explorer. They were designed to run in Chrome. These issues need to be looked into. Bid only if you have a good understanding of these technologies
