Install tumblr theme and some minor customization.

I need a theme installed and set up on my tumblr account. The theme is, [url removed, login to view] . This is a really simple job for someone who knows what they are doing, almost everything will stay the same.

I just need accounts linked, instagram, facebook, twitter, etc.,
The only things added/ changed:
1. I don't need the flickr or dribble shots box on bottom of right side bar, it would be nice if i could put facebook "like box" there instead, with facebook faces. Should be easy to do. Just create, copy and paste code, [url removed, login to view]
2. I would like social sharing icons to come below each image also, like here, [url removed, login to view]
So users don't have to click on image to share if they don't want to.
