Simple HTML Inline Styled Email Re-Coding

Part 1) I need someone with good HTML email skills to create an independent email file that can be given to a 3rd party mailing company. The deliverable needs to render seamlessly in all mail clients and device environments. I constructed an HTML email in Constant Contact and it needs be stripped of all their code, tags and associated functions (like CC unsubscribe) and it needs to be recoded to use independently of Constant Contact and their system. Need to strip out all the CC code and proprietary CSS style definitions. Standard CSS styles should be inline and contained in the HTML file. I just need an HTML file that is built according to best practice (inline styling, no external files, etc.). Many ISP’s strip out references to external files, so that's why everything needs to be self-contained. Note: The content of the HTML email already contains a static unsubscribe form which needs to stay in the file. The mailing house will add additional CAN spam mandatory functions underneath. Part 2) I need a simple pixel tracking cookie added to the email HTML that will help me track opens and clicks. Regarding layout, I only need a single column design, nothing fancy. I have attached an image of the Constant Contact mail I test sent myself. I will send the actual HTML mail to the winning bidder. FYI, I' am a developer, so I understand all the particulars of what's going on and can help the winning bidder with knocking this out fast. I do not have time to do this myself so I want to hand it off to someone else. **Important: winning bidder must be able to start immediately or near immediately. I will be available all weekend.
