Fix Bootstrap Compatability Issues with IE and Other Browsers

We have a few problems with a Bootstrapped website we have which are causing it not to display properly when using IE 7 or 8, it seems to switch into mobile mode and does not display correctly before or after login. It works fine with IE9 and 10 and Firefox but we need it to be correct across as many browsers and versions as possible. We do not see this as a big job at all for someone who knows what they are doing with bootstrap. Any other suggestions or changes will be considered also and the potential to reuse a developer is always considered. The site needs access to back office systems, database and active directory so will not run locally on a developers system. Any queries please let me know. Andy
