Build a flash animated website.

Dear Sirs, I might need your service. I have a video and will have psd/images and fonts (Not sure about psds yet.) and i need the exact looking into flash swf (source should be included). It's a custom based web site it says one brand on images but I just need the same structure, later you would teach me how to change the images and text. I just need to have that form and to easily change images/text later on. I don't need any kind of CMS for this. It should be smooth, nice and luxury looking as it is on images i am sending you on link below (I have a video too but i will send it only to few chosen guys.). It's pretty much 1 landing page and 2 pages inside. There are few effects that might not be understandable from images I am sending you, but I am sure we can work something on. Please let me know your quote of time required and money. I have limited budget for this and will choose the best option for me (lower money and time required is always a win win).
