I’m outfitting an entire house with fresh smart-home infrastructure and I want it done right the first time. The project covers three core systems: a dedicated security setup (cameras, door/window sensors, alarm), whole-house lighting control, and smart thermostat zoning. Nothing needs to tie into legacy gear—the plan is a clean, stand-alone install built from the ground up. I’m still deciding between Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit, or a hybrid approach, so part of the engagement will be your guidance on the most reliable ecosystem for my layout and typical usage. Once we settle on the platform, I’ll rely on you to procure or specify the hardware, run any required low-voltage wiring, handle all network configuration, and make sure the mobile apps and voice control work seamlessly.
