WPML and Wordpress design help - language menu&header

Job Description:
Hello, i need a wordpress specialist that know php, css and html and knows how to work with the plugin WPML (multitranslation tool).
I am using the theme Salient ([login to view URL]) and i need help from a freelancer couse i have 2 issues.
1. I would like to have a littile language menu, sepparatly from the main menu and it should be fixed in the header.
2. I have problems with the main menu in the translated pages (english and german), the menu there is not transparent and full-wifth, it needs to be resolved, it should look like on the original slovenian page.
