I need a new website. I already have a design, I just need you to build a website for my small business. I require someone to create a website based on a template WordPress for a business magazine /newspaper . There are few free templates I've seen online on numerous websites I require someone to install and do the necessary altertaions required. Finally the site needs to have a recruitment section where clients can log in and post vacancy etc but like a recruitment site. .
