Update payment solution, new shipping API and correct email issue for ecommerce site

We need a programmer to update our shipping API as the company we use has updated it. We also require our payment processor to be updated to a new account - same payment platform though which is already installed ([login to view URL]). We need to update our MX records as we are not receiving emails, only able to send emails. Lastly, backup and transfer our website/database from old server to new server (virtual servers on godaddy) and reconfigure so working properly. Currently, we make changes to website using GIT repo so perhaps the same or FTP is fine. We will consider your recommendations on best platform to us. That must also be configured.
