Basically I need a pretty intricate website designed. One that allows users to register and deposit money into a ficticious token on the website that then allows them to buy tickets. These lotto tickets have a number on them and are sold with tokens which is money that the user deposited into their acct on the website. This is the framework for the website which will not only allow users to buy lotto tickets for an item but can list items themselves to be sold and then the website takes a percentage. I would be listing sporting event tickets first on the website which people buy raffle tickets for on the website and then the website randomly chooses a winner completely fair and randomly. It will basically be an online raffle website for items that users can post and choose to sell and then convert their tokens back into real money and be withdrawn. So for example I am a user on the website and i create a username and deposit 200$usd into my acct and then get 200 tokens on the website. These token will then be used to buy lotto/raffle tickets for items. So if i am selling a yankee ticket for 100$ I will sell 50 raffle tickets each assigned a number for 2$ a pop or 2 tokens each. Users can buy as many as they want to increase their chances of winning the item. But it is completely random and when ever the user his pick a winner the website randomly chooses a members number who purchased the ticket and they could win that item for only 2$/tokens. It is basically an online raffle website that allows member like an EBAY create an account and then either list an item or buy an item. Mainly sporting and concert tickets will be on the website.
