Starting Immediately URGENT - Need a well designed pricing plan 1 page document putting together

Hello there, I need to get a one page document designed urgently. I can provide the content but I need someone who is good at design to put it together looking like its from a corporate company. I have company logo in a range of colour high res, but thats it in terms of graphics. I will give an indication into the style but am open to suggestion too. I want something like a "pricing menu". I have montly pages at four levels so would like these displayed proffesionally, along with some other pricing options. I will rehire the same person to provide me with duplicate graphics style on my website so there will be ongoing work. Please bid low in the view of the ongoing work, this is a quick job I just dont have the skills or the software to do it.
