Social Media Designer
$15-25 USD / heure
Riss Marketing is currently seeking a Social Media Designer to become a valued member of our team. In this role, you will take charge of managing our clients' social media accounts while ensuring the creation of consistently brand-aligned graphics and compelling content.
This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 10 hours of commitment each week to start. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a long-term opportunity with the possibility of the role expanding into more hours depending on the candidate's interest and availability.
It's worth noting that, though this is a flexible role, given the daily needs of our clients’ social media accounts, the candidate should anticipate the need to spend around 1-2 hours/day throughout the week.
Social Media Graphics: You will be tasked with creating visually appealing graphics for our clients' social media posts in Canva. These graphics must adhere to the brand's identity and voice. Additionally, you will strategize and plan content while ensuring a quick turnaround for certain posts.
Project Management: Utilize our project management tool to manage content packages, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Content Ideation: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas that educate, inspire, and engage our clients' target audiences.
Client Needs: Be responsible for addressing daily and weekly client requests promptly.
Special Projects: Handle special projects as they arise.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva (required) and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred, but not required).
Professionalism and a strong sense of ownership in managing social media responsibilities.
Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Effective multitasking and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in a content-driven role, with a portfolio of previous work.
Strong background in social media and content strategy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a drive to streamline processes.
Familiarity with tools and platforms like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred, but not required), and Google Suite.
