Set up dynamic pages on Wordpress using database of content

Hello.. I have read details. I think there are two parts of the project. One is to create a plugin which will allow you ADD/EDIT posts as per columns you have. Secondly, another plugin is required which should allow upload of a CSV file in the same format. Next you need a front end interface to view this data. Please let me know if we are clear on this. Tx
