We are a small real estate office that is looking to create a site that people can use to search for homes that are available for sale. We need a one-page responsive website template that will have links to condominium properties around the city of Atlanta. We already have hosting through GoDaddy, and we have generated the links through a separate real estate (IDX) search service. Our plan is to drop those links and stock photography in place once we have the template created, but we would be open to you including this into your scope of service. I have marked the job as "Very Small" for the template only, but understand that the full scope request could fall outside that range.
-There will be (3) main links in the header for different areas of the city (Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead) that will scroll you down to different sections the page with those related links. I have attached pdf mock-ups of the header here.
-There will also be an address search feature in the header that will come from our real estate (IDX) service. This is shown in the pdf mock-up as well.
-When a customer has used a link to scroll down the page to see properties in one section of the city, there will be a title for that section along with two links to scroll to the other sections of the city (see second pdf mock-up attached here).
-There will be approx. 161 links divided among these 3 sections.
-We would like to use stock movement photography (skylines with moving traffic or clouds) as backdrops in the header and for each section. We would like to place link buttons on top of these so we would need help with that. If it is not possible, we could have the link buttons next to the images, but it is our preference to have this capability. mainly for the header.
-We will have at 4 additional links in the header for "Contact Us" which should bring you to the footer, "Services", Neighborhoods" and "About Us". I will provide a layout of the complete page and the locations of each section once we have contracted with you for the work.
-Please provide a price for the template with main section links only and then another price for the template with with an allowance for placement of all images (approx. 6), placing main links on top of the header movement image and placing the individual property links (161) in each section. Also include an allowance for simple graphics such as type choice and placement for all sections and button and footer designs. We can discuss this scope further as required.
