PSD2HTML + login and register popups + some small tasks

Hi, want someone who can make this PSD to HTML5 + Register box (have no PSD for this but a link to where to copy from) + login box (have no PSD for this but link to where to copy from ) + there is a website that has this moving clouds that I want but on top of the black button and not the blue as in my sketch (url in screendumpbelow) + register for the newsletter. store in a txt file + those boxes with members, 50 K, ... or Signals, 20K, sources shall be centered in the middle so if change text or number they still keep the lines. + some icons aren't perfectly centered with the same distance and in lines please help me with that + icons over trading, data, news, signals, and algorithms will be changed so make them also centered in the box so if I add different size they keep the lines. 1200 x 1730 px Not all but the majority are in layers so some own design is need according to provided sketches and comments.
