Project Brief: Finalize Social Media Brand Asset Kits
Objective
We are seeking a freelance graphic designer or brand designer to help finalize and deliver a complete set of branded social media assets for our healthtech platform PatLynk, which connects patients to clinical trials through AI-driven technology.
These assets will be used across our official LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube channels, and should reflect a consistent, professional, and modern identity aligned with our mission:
“Together in finding the right care.”
Deliverables
You will help refine and finalize the brand kit, based on existing materials and brand guidelines. Final deliverables will include:
Social Media Profile Assets
Profile pictures (platform-specific dimensions)
Banner/cover images (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
Favicon/thumbnail icon
Template Kits
Post templates (e.g. announcement, quote, stat, recruitment, news)
Story templates (Instagram/LinkedIn)
Video thumbnail template
Branded Visual Elements
Color palette & usage guide
Typography & usage rules
Iconography and graphic motifs (optional)
File Package
Editable Figma or Illustrator/Photoshop files
Exported versions in PNG/JPG/WebP formats
Format-optimized files for each platform
Context
We already have a visual identity in place (logo, fonts, colors) and several communication materials (one-pagers, pitch decks). You’ll help translate these assets into a cohesive, social-media-ready brand kit.
Requirements
Proven experience in brand design and social media asset creation
Mastery of Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of social platform requirements and formats
Ability to build scalable and editable templates
Fluent in English or French
Files Provided
Current brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts)
Sample content and previous posts
PPT files with messaging
Access to our Figma workspace (if needed)
