PHP page rotate image and create new image file -- 2

Hi

I need a simple PHP webpage to receive an image in HTTP POST

Rotate this image 40 degrees and display

then rotate again 80 degrees and display

then rotate again 100 degrees and display

then rotate again 120 degrees and display

Take new line

rotate 140 degree and display

rotate 160 degree and display

rotate 180 degree and display

rotate 200 degree and display

It should look like one image file which is basically created by one source of small image and diplayed it 8 times *4 in one and 4 in second row*

save that one image in root directory.

I have attached input and output example

Please remember HTTP POST will not only be a JPG image, it can be image/png , image/jpg , image/jpeg or any other image type.

I need it done quickly and its small piece of code so bid according to work only, its hour project.
