Part time Marketing assistance needed
Budget $100-200 USD
We are looking for a marketing specialist to manage all our social media promotion, automated positing, minor graphic design if needed, webinar management and posting on YouTube. And anything else related to marketing, social media, design etc.
This is a monthly recurring job with the following tasks:
- manage/coordinate webinar marketing (eventbrite setup, and email campaigns) - webinar every 3 weeks
- create/design newsletters (with our content) in Sendy and manage sending every 2 weeks
- automate marketing and email processes in existing tools (Sendy, eventbrite, SocialPilot)
- pull reports on monthly basis to see improvement and progress (social pilot, sendy, CRM, social Media/google Analytics)
- collaborate with designers (graphic and web) to obtain graphics as needed or design new graphics (not more than 4 per month)
- manage all our social media posting - and create new ones) via SocialPilot
- create new landing page per our instructions and existing template and start advertising in on social media (2-3 per month).
You need to be working quick and independent. Have extensive experience with marketing and tools - HTML and design skills are welcome.
You need to meet set deadlines given and think outside the box to be creative. Quick Lerner and attention to detail is very important.
We are a computer cyber security company - knowhow of industry is preferred. Excellent English is needed for social media posting.
