I have been asked to prepare a 15 min presentation for a final job interview. I attach the Competency Framework for HR Director (top row). I need to illustrate how I am suitable for the role referencing some of these competencies. I plan to include 3-4 case studies of previous work I have done at Taylor and Francis Group, Ramboll, KPMG and Kantar (use their logos). Ideally the colour pallet would be the same as the company I am applying to- Menzies LLP (they call it 'yellorange')- see link to website: [login to view URL] I want an intro to me page with a photo of my family. For case study I will show the £/ % value add I have created. I want to keep the number slides to a minimum. The presentation must look slick, not much text, business-like and with good use of colour/ images etc.
