Need graphic designers for Photography post production. From Bangladesh

I am setting up a photography post production team. Most likely in bangladesh. Designers must be experienced in color correction, Retouching. Payment would be as follows: BASIC COLOR CORRECTION ( set exposure, contrast, light and dark tones, white balance, saturation, cropping) : $.10 PER IMAGE ADVANCED EDITING ( Photos are edited as previously, but extra are used local tools like gradual filters or brushes and if necessary then spots removing to for simPly retouching. Photos are situated to prefered tones e.g. warmer tones, cross processing, vintage, etc) : $.2 PER IMAGE. PROJECT WOULD BE LONG TERM AND PAID MONTHLY Let me know if you are interested.
