Need someone who can do GRAPHICS for iphone app

I need someone who is very experienced in creating graphics for iOS to create a feature rich, nice looking, mobile app.

Description of App: photo frame app

-app must support iphone and ipad

This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly.

Requirements:

-Someone who can do the UI design

-Someone who has at least 100 hours on Freelancer

-Someone who has a 5 star rating

-Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products.

-Someone who speaks English VERY well

- Someone who can explain technical jargon in plain english

- References - will like to see examples of previous work and speak

- Be willing to use Skype for interview
