My website, [url removed, login to view] was developed in MODx. Unfortunately, Google is saying that it is not mobile friendly. If you go to the following link:

You will get the attached output (see attachment, but you can run it yourself). It is saying that 1) the text is too small to read, 2) the links are too close together, 3) the mobile viewport is not set (whatever that means, 4) content is wider than screen, and 5) uses incompatible plugins.
So, what I want to do is to have a designer evaluate what is required to satisfy all of the above with (and here is the key) MINIMUM number of changes to the site. I like the site's look and all.
Need someone who is familiar with Google's requirements on mobile friendliness as well as knowledge of MODx.
