Grubhub, UberEats,DoorDash ! Need I say more? Lets create an Amazing app Together

I need an App created, simply put. Heres what i do and dont have, I do not have a requirements list so please do not ask me for one. I need someone that I can work with and especially they can work with me because im more of a verbal and visual person. I can supply certain information upon request but ill be honest, i dont have much. I am in the process of putting together a wireframe for the app in question. This app is kind of like GrubHub and DoorDash with a hint of UberEats. It is a delivery app and it also deals with GPS, there will be no profile pictures, no extensive profile set-up except the basics, the app will accept credit cards and debit cards to make payment smooth . I would like to stress that GPS is a very very strong part of this app. other than that let the good time roll and lets hear these bids. Please note that bids that are not accurate or as close to accurate as possible will not be entertained. I've posted here before and my biggest issue is when freelancers bid on a project automatically and then hike the price wayyy up after details. That didnt happen on this project but ive noticed it on previous projects so again please know that false bids will not be entertained.
