Graphic Artist & Architecture

I need a graphic artist with architecture skills to create an inside partial restaurant along with my new sport game floor. The artwork has to be precise without any guess work for my art project to be presented to investors. I have an image for you to see only to be used as an idea of what direction you'll be going with on my art project. The artwork you will be looking at is a sample done by a non-graphic artist. This artwork you'll be creating will have a seating booth up on a balcony with a different angle view of the inside restaurant and this time looking at a long view of the game floor instead of a side view of what you're seeing now. And the logo wall with be move over at the one end of the game floor wall that will not be as wide as the wall you are seeing now with the logo & texts on the wall. I will have PDF instructions if you are interested. This art project pay $1,000.00. You'll first signed an NDA, and when the job is completed you will then signed a copyright agreement. Now I have been taken advantage of by too many artist not receiving my art project. I will put down $500.00 to begin the art project. For me to pay the remaining balance of $500.00 I will put the money into the milestone guru account so that guru will see that I am to receive my artwork project saved file or files first in my possession along with a signed copyright agreement, and then I will release your remaining balance of $500.00 that guru will protect and assure you will be paid in full.
