Please check updates to the Project Description (added attachments). We operate a language school in Brazil. We have many teachers and many students, but classes are usually 1 teacher and 1 student. I am looking for a developer; here is one element that we would like on our website: 1. Teacher logs into a section (portal) on our website with their own unique credentials. 2. Teacher completes a class report [a bit like a timesheet, which is attached] on our website online. The form will have some pre-populated fields, but they will have drop-down lists for many of inputs (i.e. days the teacher took a class, what code applies to that class [cancelled, present, public holiday, etc)... 3. Teacher clicks Submit. 4. The site automatically notifies us (the admins) of a Class Report awaiting review/approval. 5. Upon our (the admins) approval, an email gets sent to the student (at their email) advising that a Class Report is awaiting their review/approval. 6. The student logs into the portal, and reviews the Class Report, and approves / rejects. 7. The site automatically notifies us (the admins) of a Class Report being approved by a student. Please note that classes are mostly private. That is, 1 teacher and 1 student. Sometimes there is 1 teacher and 2 students. A sample class report (in current paper form) is attached to this project description. At the moment, a teacher submits one of these at the end of each month with the student signature. The school receives it and processes the students invoice and teachers payment. The plan is for the teacher to submit an online class report, and upon approval from the school the class report is made available in the student portal for the students approval/rejection. Once approved, the school processes an invoice (out-of-scope) and processes the teacher payment (out-of-scope). Separate to the above, we want to add functionality to the portal (at a later date) that has: For Teachers: 1. Class history. 2. Payment/Payroll history For students: 1. Class history. 2. Invoicing/billing/payment/receipt history The above is only viewable by the teacher or student. We operate on a monthly billing cycle, so at the end of every month class reports are due, which we also use as timesheets to produce invoices (in a separate system and not part of this scope). Our existing website is [login to view URL] It is hosted with Wix, and we definitely want to move away from this service. Please be aware that we are NOT programmers or developers... we don't go to programming summits, hacker conferences, etc. So, please remember this when you ask questions. We don't have a budget per se. The quote is entirely up to the developer to supply for our review. Price is NOT the only factor in our decision to award the project. We are a boutique school; our students are the top 1% here in Brazil so the ability to actually deliver, professionalism in everything the supplier does, past performance, etc are also critical to our decision. In your proposal, "Trump" should be the first word so I can see if you have read the entire project description. Those that do not have "Trump" in the proposal will be ignored. If you believe that this project will take 3 or 4 weeks, then you do not understand the requirements and I request that you not submit a proposal.
