Finish 2 Photoshop Printing Jobs - 2 Hours Of Work Tops - Need Skilled Designer

I have two jobs started but need them finished - one is a 8.5x11 postcard - have a first version done but just not layed out correctly but most all content is on each side..so you will use that as a template and add improvements per my instruction...a skilled graphic artist should get this done in a hour as it is not graphic intense..more text with a reply card.
second job is for a client in where we make the same 11x17 brochure (eddm - which is direct mail) and just change out images. You will get past projects along with past photoshop file and then new images - so it is plugging in new images but leaving format the same. So with this job, NO new design concept...just putting in new images

For the 8.5x11 postcard, I will want 2 concepts for side 1 ..side 2 is just black and white mailing information and images.
