I have 2 pages on my site that dont look great. They have all of the content in but the design/layout doesnt work. We need to re-imagine these 2 pages with the current content?

As you can see in the about page - our users dont like using photos, so we may lose that bit if you can better fill the space. I can provide the psd files for the pages as they are right now.
