Data Reconciliation Tool

Dear Freelancers, We are looking to hire a freelancer for our stealth project for the development of a GST reconciliation tool. The brief of the project is as under: • The basic concept is to have the reconciliation between Airline Invoice and Travel Agent Invoice. The key steps that the system will do is as under: • The tool needs to have the capability of pulling invoices from a specific Email ID and read it with OCR tool. • Next the tool will pull the invoice of the travel agent from a specified location and again read it with the OCR tool. • Next the tool will match the data pulled from both the invoices and populate an excel file in the specified format. • The common field between the two files will be provided and will basis the specific case and identifier. The tool will have the capability to download the Airline Invoice, Travel Agent Invoice and the requisite excel. The excel file will be based on client’s requirement and will be customisable.
