Create a Custom Cursive Font Set

I would like a true type cursive writing font similar to Zaner-Bloser cursive. The letters need to connect well and they also need to stand alone. For example, each letter needs to start in the correct place (usually the bottom line) to be formed correctly. There may be a need for two of each lowercase letter (like a "i" that may start the word ice and starts from the bottom line and an "i" that connects well with other letters like in the word fish). I will be using this in a cursive writing packet for children so I need several variations of the same font: 1. All of the letters which connect well without lines 2. All of the letters which connect well within lines (looks liked lined writing paper in school) 3. All of the letters singularly (starting usually at the base line) with number arrows showing how to write the letter 4. All of the letters dotted so kids can trace 5.
