Marketing Copywriter & Designer – Sales Collateral (Food Service Equipment Industry) Project Overview We are a manufacturer of food service equipment seeking an experienced freelance marketing professional (copywriter and designer) to help us transform our existing product-focused “sell sheets” into compelling, solution-based sales collateral. Rather than marketing individual product lines, we want to reposition our materials around customer solution segments that speak directly to industry-specific needs and challenges. Scope of Work We need five professionally developed solution-based collateral pieces tailored to the following market segments starting with Grocery. Grocery Convenience Stores Education Prisons / Corrections Hospitals / Healthcare Each piece should: Present a cohesive, customer-centric solution Clearly articulate industry pain points and challenges Position our equipment as part of a complete operational solution Highlight benefits, outcomes, and ROI — not just product specs Be sales-ready for both digital and print use Deliverables 5 fully developed solution-based sell sheets or solution brochures (format recommendations welcome) Engaging marketing copy tailored to each segment Strategic messaging framework for solution-based positioning Professional layout/design Editable source files (InDesign, Canva, PowerPoint, etc. — to be discussed) Ideal Candidate Proven experience creating B2B sales collateral Experience in manufacturing, food service equipment, or commercial kitchen industries preferred Strong ability to translate technical products into customer-focused benefits Strategic thinker who understands solution selling Portfolio demonstrating similar work Files relating to grocery attached Add'l details: Bakery, self-contained mobile merchandisers, MDR units, cold and hot food lineups, and modular islands.
