The OGTV [url removed, login to view] ultimately will need a new web manager. The site has essentially stopped being maintained. The content has come from RSS feeds coming in from an outside source that is feeding stories through the sites archive which are being curated through the their Archive section. After the requested immediate repairs are made, the OGTV planning team will meet with a selected web master togo into the next phase of development. But for now there are some immediate fixes.
Step # 1 Need to clean up and repair broken links.
There only seems to be a scarce amount of original content on the site the rest is curated from outside sources, which might have been the point in the first place but it's kind of all over the place. (Will produce more original content)
The video content is very dated (it's pretty much all in Standard Def). OGTV wants to upgrade the quality of its content in preparation for an upgraded website overhaul.
