I would like to build out a wordpress website with a few custom features and tweaks. The basic look and feel of the website should emulate this design: [login to view URL]
The site should be mobile responsive, just like the theme, and I would like a custom plugin built that aggregates craigslist postings from a few specific categories, cars and trucks for sale as well as auto parts for sale. Within these categories, I will need to setup some filters, to only pull in specific listings that have associated keywords. The filter should have an include and exclude option. The listings should then populate on the results pages in the same format as the example. All the categories will be focused around classic cars and parts. The primary purpose of the main page will be to initiate the search, as well as including a "featured" classified feature.
The price, short description (snippet) and location should populate in the tiled preview screen, and when clicked, the full description should be viewed, as well as a means t contact the original poster of the listing.
I will provide all design mocks for this project for an interested party.
Besides the aggregrated craigslist postings, I'll need the ability for users to manually upload their classified as, pending approval from an admin.
Lastly, the home page will have an additional selection option where a user can determine a search radius around their location, which would then only pull the appropriate craigslist postings.
This is a really simple classified wordpress website with the only real custom work being the plugin for the classified importing from craigslist (Rss feed possibly?), most of which is already written.
