Build a single page, responsive website connected to a Wordpress blog

Not content managed - we will update the content of the site via the HTML
Single scrolling web page
Navigation should stick to the top of the page when the user scrolls down
Each section should ideally fit 100% width and height of the browser window. When the user clicks the down arrow at the bottom of each page, the are automatically taken to the next section.
The top striped panel should hold a 10 second video which we have already. This should play once and then pause. This can be replaced with an image on the mobile version if required.
The blue panel should cycle through a number of images and text to outline our team and the work that we do.
On the next white panel, the service icons should animate on rollover and expand to display text when the down arrow is clicked.
The pink testimonials panel will scroll left and right through a list of testimonials.
The our work section will do the same. If the user clicks the read more button, a further description of each project is shown.
The blog section should pull two articles from a Wordpress blog using a simple theme. We will style up this blog in future.
The contact form should feature reCaptcha with all fields validated.
