I want you to build a PHP based website that displays graphical dashboards
There should be an admin panel in the website in where the user can insert data into it
In the admin panel:
1. The admin can enter, modify, delete, categories to be monitored (financial, HR, etc.)
2. The admin should be able to select the graph needed to be shown (pie chart, gauge, line chart, bar chart, etc.)
3. The admin should be able to select KPI from KPIs list
4. The admin can link one KPI or more KPIs to certain goal to be monitored and each KPI should be shown in a graph
5. Admin can add users to monitor and assign what level of details should be shown for each user
6. there should be a minimum level for each KPI that when not achieved for certain period defined by days, there should be email notification
Users should be able to view dashboards and:
1. they can insert actual performance that will be measured against the KPI
Manager:
Manager user should be able to view dashboards for each category (as a mean) and for each KPI individually.
Manager should be able to receive notifications of KPIs that are below minimum levels
The PHP website should be connected to backend SQL database
IMPORTANT
This project is not thing that is delivered as a developed pages only, YOU SHOULD PROVIDE ME a Step-By-Step Tutorial with screenshots and coding to develop for:
1. Admin panel development
2. PHP pages
3. SQL database
