I need a Help Desk system built.
All features of a standard help desk, to also include:
-Simple design needed. Nothing fancy. No logo needed, already have it.
-Roles ... assign roles (Departments, etc.)
-Departments... create multiple depts and manage them
-Add common responses (canned responses)
-Add signature at bottom of each staffs response
-Need Admin panel
-Manage/Add/Delete (unlimited staff accounts)
-Admin can add/delete/manage all aspects of help desk/tickets
-Can add/delete users & staff
-Need a "Que" of all open tickets in admin dash board
-Alert department staff (via email) when a new ticket to their dept is submitted
-Alert users (via email) when a response to their ticket was made
-Each ticket is assigned a unique ticket id #
-Can change status (Open, Close, Waiting for User Response etc)
-Can add private note for other staff to view only
-Each ticket must have time/date stamp
-Have a simple rating/feedback system to rate if the Staffs response was helpful and their problem was solved.. sends via email once closed.
-Sort tickets by Department, Age of ticket (older at top of page)
-Search by user email or ticket #
-Tickets can be routed to a specific department/agent
-Ticket priority (low, medium, high) ... organizes priorities and displays highest first.
-Admin and CSM set priority.
-Users can sign up, edit/manage account info (email/password/etc)
-Sign in using email and password created by user
-Forgot password feature that emails user password (to email on file)
